He made the best first impression when he came to our home and spent all the time needed giving us advice and explaining the whole process. During Covid he kept in contact regularly by phone and emails. Any questions we had he or his secretary would answer promptly. We would highly recommend Kevin Elder. I was in an accident last year which left me out of work for about 4 months. I immediately called Penny and Associates and spoke with Kevin Elder. He assured me and made it the smoothest process. Definitely a 10/10 and if you call the office, ask for Kevin! he really understands and takes your worries in consideration. Makes sure all your questions are answered! I will be going back if i have any other issues!
