Obtained a favorable settlement while keeping costs down.

Erica represented us in a long and difficult labor law case. She patiently and carefully explained our options at each phase of the case. She was able to negotiate a settlement we could live with. We enjoyed working with her through this difficult time. She treats her clients with respect.

Erica proved herself to be very capable in representing insurance companies, our HOA and myself as president against a lawsuit from a HOA resident. After many months of litigation she successfully negotiated a settlement to avoid a jury trial.

Erica, was easy to work with. Explained the process, choices and issues completely and in a way that was easy to understand. She was available for questions and was always pleasant. When time came to work out final details she worked hard to see that all our concerns were addressed and met. Thoroughly enjoyed working with her through the long and difficult process. Very pleased with the outcome.

Erica took on our very complicated case, helped us break it down into parts that were understandable for our volunteer Board, and then built a detailed (and successful) response/defense to this claim. If we lost it would have shut us down, but our non-profit will likely be around for another 50 years because of the work she did to defend us AND to educate us so we had a better understanding of how to prevent similar/future claims. She is a Rock Star!
