I have called and called and called... No one ever answer the phone at this law firm, I have left message without return calls. I guess they have too much business

Anthony and his team helped me through one of the most difficult situations in my life with my divorce. I went in scared, full of anxiety, and without hope. They were patient and reassuring. Anthony was fierce in court and was able to shut down false and unjust attempts from the opposing counsel. He fought for me and was able to help us come to a fair and agreeable settlement. I went in without hope and came out feeling relieved and happy with the outcome.

I would be very cautious in using this law firm. My attorney from this firm, Anthony Barajas, did not give me the rigorous legal representation I expected, deserved, and paid for. Despite a very optimistic first consultation, my outcome was very undesirable. My attorney from this firm did not work any deals with the other party to try and obtain a fair deal for me in any way. My ex got everything she wanted. She got total maximum support. Plus she was able to successfully alienate my child from me. Miller & Associates/Mr. Barajas could not or would not help me with that. My ex's attorney worked very hard for her. Got her results. The outcome I received using Miller & Associates has me unable to afford my monthly expenses. I am now negative funds every month. Never see my child. And the ex gets to claim the child for taxes, even though I'm the one providing support. Her attorney got all that for her. It's very clear to me this law firm doesn't care about any of this. I was just being processed through the proceedings. During court proceedings, my attorney hardly said a word. Hardly anything at all to represent anything for me. The other attorney on the other hand, left no stone unturned. I will rate 2 stars because at least the paralegal that worked with me showed the highest level of professionalism, and kept things organized and on track. Even if it was a bad outcome, that earned another star. This firm overall made me feel like I was alone in my divorce proceedings. I would advise potential clients of this firm to be aware. If I have anything else to do from this case going forward, or if my ex wants to modify agreements, I will not use the services of Miller & Associates. I will look elsewhere for legal representation. Take that for what it is.

Worse place to ask for help no answer no response short not helpful don't care out just for a buck please don't have them as a lawyer look somewhere else don't waste your time customer service is even bad the whole experience was horrible please don't come here keep looking

I’m not sure where to start as my child custody and support case had gone on from 2019- 2024. Needless to say I’ve become close to my attorney and staff. Bryanna Brandalesi and Melinda Bozick always had my best interest and back when defending myself on a complicated and intricate case. Both were always understanding and helpful. I can not say enough about Bryanna because not only is she honest, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile for her clients but she is professional and knowledgeable about the nuances of child custody and support. When I started the process of my divorce over 2 1/2 years ago, I thought I would be able to it without an attorney. After a couple months of back and forth, and getting nowhere I reached out to Miller & Associates. This was the best decision and the only thing I wish I would have done different was reach out sooner. Leigh and Anthony were phenomenal! They answered countless questions, walked me through the process step by step, and ensured everything was done timely and correctly. I didn’t feel pushed while making decisions, everything was always fully explained and I was able to make the best decision for myself and my daughter. They assisted with child support and contacting my ex-husbands place of business when I wasn’t able to get any answers. They took a stressful situation and helped me feel more at ease and comfortable with the entire process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Overall, the staff at Miller & Associates is knowledgeable, caring and will do what it takes to ensure you are taken care of to the best of their abilities. If you are going through a divorce or a custody issue, call them…they will be able to help you and guide you through a difficult situation.

I had the best experience with Anthony Barajas. The office and staff are very friendly and responsive. Anthony represented me in a child custody case along with his Paralegal Aspen. They responded quickly, and Anthony came prepared to all my court dates , not to mention he never sent assistants for himself. He is very knowledgeable and very collected. I had a pretty hard and crazy case and anytime I needed anything, I was able to get a response quickly from Anthony and Aspen. Every single court date Anthony made me feel at ease and represented me zealously. I am going to recommend Miller and Associates to anyone I know that needs an excellent stand up attorney. I'm happy to say thanks to Anthony, we won our court case . I will never go anywhere else.

I can't thank Bryanna and Leigh enough for all the hard work they put in on my case. They both walked me through each and every step during a two year hellish divorce, a divorce I would not wish on my worst enemy. Every question I asked was answered, every strategy plan came with options along with pros and cons. After two years of fighting my ex to protect what was mine, I was ready to throw in the towel just to end the heartache. Bryanna didn't want to give up and asked if she could try one more settlement offer, I trusted her judgement and gave her the go ahead. Turns out my ex had to pay me and alimony stopped. My livelihood and future finances were in Bryanna's hands and I trusted her with it all. Without Bryanna and Leigh I would be deeper in debt, probably still paying my ex, would never have received a settlement payout, and probably in a mental hospital due to the stress of it all. I wasn't just another client to them, I felt my case was just as important to them as it was to me. On a personal level, both Bryanna and Leigh allowed me to vent my emotions, be angry and voice that anger, they gave me the strength to push through it all. All the while never taking anything I may have said personally. On a professional level, they were outstanding!! They never gave me the answer I wanted to hear to just appease me, they gave me the truth, whether I liked it or not. So again, I can't thank Bryanna and Leigh enough, you both gave me peace, freedom, and more importantly, the ability to move on in my life. I highly doubt I will ever have to use their services again, at least I pray to God I don't, but if I did I would call them in a heartbeat. If you are going through a divorce and need someone to not only represent you legally, but someone who truly cares about you as a person, someone who takes your case as personal as you do, someone who will tell you the hard truths, fight for everything you are entitle to, never give up even when you might be, and someone who truly cares about you as a human being, call Miller Associates!!! Ask to speak with Leigh and Bryanna, because it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make!! To the powers that be, know you have two amazing people representing your firm!! Two people who truly care about what they do for a living and truly care about the individuals they represent!! Dave
