I had the pleasure of working with Ben Eagleton and his team. I found Ben’s approach to be assertive, forthright and exceptionally professional. He and his team always answered all of my questions and kept me well informed throughout the process. I am very happy and would highly recommend Ben and his team.

My experience with Ben was not a good one. My chief complaint is that he is NOT good at communicating the status of the case, returning phone calls or emails. I was told all inquiries would receive a response within a “ reasonable amount of time”, which translates to when he made it a priority to get back to me. This lack of communication led to a degradation of our communications with one another as I had no idea if he was following deadlines or not. Example, at our first court hearing I had called and emailed Ben regarding the hearing and I did not hear back from him until the morning of the hearing, which is unacceptable. A reasonable amount of time is 24-48 hours. This never happened and a typical response back was 5-7 days which did not work for me. Deadlines and follow through were another issue. I feel overall there was a lack of preparation and at best it felt rushed in his part and most likely contributed to why he was not good about “status updates “or answering my questions. I know attorneys are very busy, but this was 100% unacceptable. Also, blaming the client and treating the client as the problem, a really bad idea. Someone from the office should have responded even if only to say we got your message and we will be in touch.instead I was treated as the problem as they when someone finally did reach back out, they would say “ we have received your numerous calls and emails and sending more emails will not get a quicker response”. If you don’t want to be kept in the loop, if you don’t care about accountability and you want your case to take as long as possible, then Ben is your guy. If you want to be kept in the loop, not hear excuses but hear the progress in your case, and have deadlines and necessary correspondence followed through with- Look somewhere else. Ben is smart and articulate but business practice and communication is very poor.

Ben eagleton is extremely poor and communication skills. I asked many many times to be kept the loop on any emails or correspondence with my case. Because he refused to keep me in the loop I was in the verge of losing my case. I had to fire him and get a lawyer that would keep me in the loop.

I would like to thank Jeff for helping me in my most stressful time. He was on my case right away and was able to get everything dismissed with no issues. I will be referring Ochrach Law Group to everyone! Thank you Jeff and Denise!

I have been in business for over forty five years, and have not needed many attorneys. But when I recently needed one, I was referred to Jeffrey Ochrach. He handled my case with great expertise. TMD

My ex husband was writing checks to a worker of his and this worker would cash the checks and give it back to my ex husband. My ex husband has his own business and did this so he has “less income” to claim hence less money for me and my children. I had to jump through hoops and do my own investigation to find this man and serve him. This man lied under oath claiming that he does not work for my ex husband. Mr Jeffrey Ochrach told me that this man was telling the truth which he WASN’T!! I even had to tell Jeffrey what to say at his closing argument. Sure enough after trial I have this man on video working for my ex husband and I send this video to Jeffrey Ochrach’s cell phone with absolutely no reply!!! He also didn’t correct the judge’s mistake on how much I should be getting in support which already I am getting thousands less!!! He did ask me if I wanted him to reach out to the judge but told me that I should leave the mistake and move on. I would want this corrected so I can collect what is owed! He should have advised this as my atty! Jeff was also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sticking his nose in my love life! It took me a while to write this review because I needed to write it with a clear mind. He’s a lawyer not an investigator and his bad call has made me loose multi thousands In support. I’m lucky if I’m able to buy Christmas presents.

I called and they were very rude. The front desk said they don't think they would handle my type of contract dispute and I have to go through Probate (not true). But she generously offered to let me pay $425 to have an attorney tell me the same thing.

My sad story began about thirteen years ago. I was involved in a car accident that, on the surface seemed a simple matter of getting a lawyer and proceeding from there. My lawyer, who had been representing our business for years, mishandled the suit and let my case go past the time I had to settle the matter. He said he simply forgot. My car was in the shop for 1 1/2 years, ended up being totaled and I was left hanging. It was difficult to find a lawyer that would handle my case of suing another lawyer and his insurance company. I don't remember exactly when I ended up seeing Jeff Ochrach, I do remember making many phone calls and when he said he would be happy to see me, my husband and I made the appointment. And that is how it started. It ended up being a trial by jury. We were in court a week. I had never been in court before and it was overwhelming to me and very stressful. Jeff was wonderful in helping me through that difficult time. Very patient, explained my endless questions, and his confidence in handling the case eased almost all of my anxiety. It seemed he always had time for me and I never felt rushed and I always knew what was going on. Not only did he get the settlement we were asking for (actually more), he also had them cover all my attorney and court costs! He is amazing in the courtroom. I learned things from him that I still use today in handling myself in difficult situations. We are still good friends, our families get together for dinners at least once a month and on occasion we can get a golf game in. I highly recommend my friend to anyone who needs a friend when it come to the law.

My husband was being sued for breach of contract. He supposedly electronically signed a personal guarantee for a company he was no longer affiliated with. After two years of dealing with phone calls, threatening letters and emails and being served summons twice at our home, we decided it necessary to seek legal advice.
