Lemon Law attorney, Dave Goldsmith, is the best, hands down. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I called many different law firms and none of them would take my case. Maybe they could not help “the little guy” dealing with a lemon vehicle from Ford Motor and Ford Credit. My C-Max Energi did not work properly from day one and Ford said everything was fine. I turned the car in as not safe to drive and Ford’s response was that I owed them a good sum of money for returning the car. Dave filed a lawsuit after negotiations with Ford proved fruitless. He understands how the industry works and lets you know what to expect. Dave Goldsmith not only stopped their unlawful collections against me, he got all my money back. I am so grateful!
