Excellent experience with David and his team.

I highly recommend using Goldsmith West if you have a vehicle that has caused you problems. I’m very pleased with the outcome of case and with the treatment David and his team gave me.

Had multiple issues with Acura that the dealership refused to address. To make a long story short, the brand new car that I agreed to purchase, with drivability, features and all was not the car that I received. David and his team took over and made the process fairly easy. They asked the right questions and paid attention to the smallest of details. David was extremely knowledgeable, he fought for me and was able to reach a favorable outcome. From the day I contacted his firm, to settlement was about 6 months.
