I am grateful to Michelle Dean for her professional representation, composure and work ethic. From day 1 she was very supportive dealing with this very stressful case and demonstrated empathy throughout the legal process by always being there for me. Any negative comment related to this lawyer come from upset spouses whose lawyers did not perform as expected or weren't as good as Michelle. Oh well, they did not hire Michelle.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES!!

she was convinced my ex would need to pay all of her fees, and told me i would get over a thousand a month in child support. then she just kept dragging out the trail to be multiple days and adding more and more to my legal fees, while telling me it was okay because my ex would pay. then my ex was laid off, and she withdrew from the case. i went in on the last day of trial pro per and found out she had not filed my declaration to have my fees reimbursed and had filed an old income report that made it look like i have more money than i do. in the end i was ordered to pay almost 800 a month in child support and i still owe thousands in legal fees. at least she got me the schedule i wanted but i dont think i should have to pay her for trial when she didnt even file the right things.

KEVIN KENSIK IS DISHONEST!He is a lying crook! He stole $16000.00 from me to finalize my divorce, and then he refused to go to court. Going to court was the only thing he had to do! That is what he was paid to do! But he chose to STEAL THE MONEY I PAID HIM FOR FINALIZING MY DIVORCE! KEVIN KENSIK IS A THIEF AND WILL BE DISBARRED! HE IS A THIEF & CROOK! HIS RECEPTIONIST IS HIS DAUGHTER WHO IS A BABYSITTER & RARELY IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE SHE IS BABYSITTING! He is a crook, a thief! HE IS NOT A LAWYER, HE IS A LIAR! DO NOT HIRE KEVIN KENSIK. HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! BECAUSE HE IS A THIEF!

Failed to present facts to help the case, and was easily disproved by opposing side. Acted like a spoiled child with no courtroom manner. The judge did not have a high opinion of her presentation or knowledge.

I wish to share that my experience with Attorney Kensik was a successful one. What I appreciate about Mr. Kensik is his knowledge and expertise, and also the fact that he takes the time to explain everything; sharing the reasons behind his suggestions and advise. Additionally is his capacity to listen and respond to the thoughts of the client. I always felt heard, and that is so important in a personal situation that has turned into a legal process. I never experienced "wait, wonder and worry" with Mr. Kensik.

DO NOT HIRE! WENT TO LAWYER MILL, SOUTHWESTERN SCHOOL! Inexperienced lawyer. He requests client to get back info instead of getting it himself. Lawyer asks client to procure information instead of issuing a subpeopa for the information, which most smart lawyers do. He rents office space, a meeting room with a table, from other lawyers & his daughter helps him part time. She is also a part time BABYSITTER! THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT I CAN NOT TALK TO HER BECAUSE SHE IS BABYSITTING! SHE IS SHORT TEMPERED! SHE GETS MAD EASILY, her name is Lisa, no last name on her business card. I HAD TO COPY THINGS BUT FEDEX COPY CLOSED EARLY SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE COPIES AND SHE GOT MAD! KEVIN KENSIK QUIT BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO COURT! ILLEGAL! NOT A GOOD LAWYER! DO NOT HIRE. HE DOES NOT HAVE AN OFFICE! He rents space from other attorneys. HE USES SOMEONE ELSES OFFICE As his own! Idiot Uneducated! Ineffective. Throw away youroneu when you hire him and his babysitting daughter, part time attornry@ Lousy! Do not hire! HIS ASSISTANT IS HIS DAUGHTER WHO ALSO IS A FULL TIME EABY SITTER! She is short tempered! She is rude. He is a fraud! Do not hire!
