I was happy for the most part, but could have been a little more responsive. I had never been involved in any kind of lawsuit and guess a little more “hand holding” would have been nice.

I had the pleasure of working with Nyman Turkish.a few years ago. I have to say the first person who was assigned to me was not a gogetter. But as soon as I called the director / person in charge. They quickly reassigned me and Ryan was on top of things immediately. I don't know how long the typical wait is but it seemed more than reasonable once the reassignment was made. I was very happy with the service.
