I don't understand why Richard doesn't have a higher rating score on your site. Not being a fan of attorneys before meeting Rick, he's a 10 in my book. Very competent, knowledgeable, trusting and responsive in handling our Living Trust, Wills, and Powers of Attorney documents. After talking with another attorney in the same field and then talking with Rick there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to handle my Living Trust.

Mr. McGinnis proved to be a great source of knowledge as well as someone who could offer another perspective on events that seemed to be charged with emotion. He was always right.

Mr. McGinnis did an excellent job preparing my Living Trust. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel at ease. He explained what was happening in words I could understand and answered all of my questions along the way. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to make estate plans.
