We have been struggling trying to find a REAL attorney who is honest, and can help us in our situation with a negligent landlord. Brittney is sharp, smart, hard working and put us at ease. She immediately fired off an email while we were on the phone. She explained what she can do and we fully expect her to deliver on her promises. She explained the steps and the process. She does not work on contingency you can pay as you go. Because she doesn't work for free she doesn't make false promises. I feel 50lbs lighter after our 1st call. Feeling hopeful for the first time in weeks.

Brittany Torbert is FIRE: She's calming if you're frantic and she's precise and explains everything calmly and I also like this outfit where she works and how they work...from home and all around and their system and services are a la cart and different and empowering because you learn while they HELP you and they're all HAPPY and like their jobs and thus, LIVES. and even Julie who set everything up... and well as Julie's man who was trying to teach me to do a 3-way-call and neither one of us could figure it out because we wanted to go back to the 90s. I love this place and since I'm getting into trouble in this new America, i'm glad that I wanna work with Brittany as my lawyer for the rest of my life on whatever I need. Brittany confidently guided me through what was a daunting and nerve-racking legal process. Brittany, gave me HOPE that no other attorney did. I called at least 15 attorney before I called her. I had a very unique situation and I kept getting " no, we don't do that, call someone else, no and no and NO" until I spoke with Brittany she listen and help me like no other attorney ever has . Brittany orchestrated my legal defense (and offense) in my eviction case working late into the evening and on weekends. Above and beyond the call and we won the dismissal!
