David helped me with a Will for my spouse and I; we also had full Power of Attorneys created, and finally, the health care directive was also done. He is very accurate, detailed, and even came to my home to review the documents with us. Combine that with a friendly attitude and pricing that does not gouge, and it's a winning combo. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that he spent the time to ask us if we had questions, and was very thorough in his explanations and final review of the paperwork. Seriously, you won't be disappointed with his services and fair pricing.

David was very easy to work with on a fairly involved estate planning matter. He knows how to explain complex issues to clients or ordinary taxpayers in a simple and easy to understand way--which can be quite challenging when you're discussing concepts like Probate, Family Partnerships and Trust & Estate Planning strategies. As a CPA who has been in Public Practice for more than 20 years in the Roseville-Sacramento area I found working with David to be refreshing as well as being very prompt and professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail yet he did so in such a manner that everybody involved felt very comfortable working with him.
