No one will fight harder for you: I retained Frank based upon a recommendation from my aunt. Frank has been everything, and more, that my aunt had said. Frank explained everything (in language that I could understand) that was going on. Frank’s office team is exceptional. Every call that I have placed has been returned with an answer very quickly. Each person in his office is caring, helpful, understanding, and honest. Franks skill and experience negotiating a settlement for me prior to my court hearing was excellent. He was upfront and honest about the issues of my hearing and the possible outcomes. He was very focused representing me before the court hearing with good advice and he worked for the best possible outcome for me, as it turned out I was happy with.

I cannot speak directly about Frank though his secretary was quite rude when requesting an initial consultation. I was asking about local resources for domestic violence victims and she bluntly hung up the phone. As a general saying, your staff is a reflection of your business.

Mr. Frank Ali is a thorough person with great attention to details. He explains the pros and cons very well and takes the time to listen to the client and makes them feel comfortable - a very good listener and passionate about his job.
