I am Dr. Gerred, retired, who practiced Integrated Healthcare in Roseville, California for 27years. I was a client of Fredrick W. Penney. I was hit on the freeway and suffered both vehicle damage and physical injury. Fred Penney and his staff coordinated all the paperwork, negotiated with insurance companies, took necessary affidavits from all parties involved and managed all aspects necessary to settle my case. Not only did Fred Penney get medical / therapy expenses paid for, but was able to secure a nice settlement for pain and suffering. Mr. Penney has handled two out accidents for me. The first was back in 1999, and the most recent in 2013. My dad was involved in a head on collision. The insurance companies were belittling him and attempting to get him to settle for way low amounts. Fred helped my dad obtain a settlement in far excess of what the insurance companies were offering. Fred knew his way around the insurance companies and their different tactics. He is very well educated in his field and is in my opinion one the best attorneys in California.

I have used this attorney three times many years ago. I was really young and knew nothing about attorneys or accident injury attorneys. I did everything he asked and received about $1,000 in each case. Everytime he blamed the doctors for billing such high amounts and sucking up the settlement. I am ashamed to say that after the third case he represented me on I realized I was being taken as a fool. I went back to those doctors that I had seen in the past(which refuse to work with him anymore) and they said that he tells all of his clients the doctor bills sucked up the settlement. Don't fall victim to this ambulance chaser's scam.
