They are very competent, and they will give you the representation that you need.

It would be a good start to have the person answering the calls to not be rude and treat you like your wasting her time adoption isn't a cheap process so to tell that there counsel fee is 150 and you need to pay before you can speak to someone is just bad and ask you if you still want to talk with some just rude will not recommend this office if anything will tell them to stY away first impressions does matter and your receptionist needs to consider maybe cleaning up the office and not answer calls
