Creative Family Solutions were very successful in navigating a very complex custody situation and ultimately handled the resulting adoption. They are highly reputable and have earned my respect and admiration. They assisted me in dealing with numerous complicated aspects of our situation and did so with both sensitivity and intelligence. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with custody or adoption cases!

Unprofessional. Attorneys are rarely available during business hours when you urgently need to talk to them. & then they blame you for their own bad communication. Slow at getting things done but fast when it comes to billing you over the pettiest things! Warning! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was lucky enough to find Melissa for my husband's family law cases. I searched through a lot of attorneys before I found her and I could not be more thankful that I did. Melissa is so very talented and has worked so hard for my husband to make sure that we get to have all of our daughters together as a family, despite the obstacles of visitation. She works so hard to make sure that she is prepared to fight for what is fair for you in the courtroom. My husband has battled for years as a father for fair visitation and without Melissa he would still be battling with very little success. She is worth every penny and we are so blessed to have found her!

Melissa Cianci is my attorney and I could not begin to say how grateful I am to have found her to represent me in both of my family law cases. I have been battling in court for years and had very few if any substantial victories to speak of until I found Melissa. She has worked so hard for me and has gotten me more victories in court when it comes to visitation with my daughters than I ever had before. She takes the time to listen to the history of my cases and has the ability to state everything to the judge as if I myself was saying it. Melissa is extremely talented and is very thorough in her arguments and truly fights for what is best for her client. This law firm isn't what it seems. I needed help in regards to a parental kidnapping case, I was turned away. The ad says they are compassionate... I sorry, but turning your back from someone who needs their help seeking justice, doesn't show compassion.

I Called to make a phone appointment and never got a call back. Days have gone by and still no response like "sorry we forgot your call". I was really upset. I would have used them but if this is how how they conduct business, ill take my money elsewhere... Especially at "100.00 /half hour"

Extremely unprofessional company. I contacted Melissa Cianci, who is the owner managing partner at this establishment. I wanted to discuss what transpired a couple days ago with one her attorney’s that represented me. Right from the start, she got very defensive that I told her that I felt misrepresented from my attorney and her firm. She said that it’s my responsibility to inform her attorneys on matters not the other way around. Just really look out for this firm because they won’t give you any indication what’s going on. Make sure you keep all documentation and emails too, that way you have legal proof that demonstrates your actions are in good human conscience. Ethics and professionalism go a long way in Attorney and client contracts and customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! My partner used them paid so much money, and was told they would file a motion to respond and they withdrew from the case on the day he was served.. Very similar handling as Terri.. I am not a client my partner is... Unethical behavior I heard Melissa arguing with my partner on the phone he could not get a word in..If I could give 0stars I would!! They are limited scope and can’t help with all custody needs!! To your response, I never said I was a client.. It’s funny now that I’m leaving you the review you deserve, you are now taking this seriously.. The issue is that you are unprofessional. Making statements to help and not following through. I was a witness to the argumentative conversation you had with your former client , my partner.. I heard you ask him why he didn’t ask legal questions to his lawyer.. He hired you to explain legal issues and explain legal verbiage which you should have done a better job with.. Instead you took advantage of someone who needed your help.. You will be reported.. There is proof that your office said they would take action and they did not..
