I have known Fred Penny for over 40 years as a friend. I never had the occasion to call upon him for his service until 2021 when we had a serious automobile accident in Redding CA. This was caused by a woman who I will say without doubt is an unskilled under insured driver. Fred and son Garrett were able to get us satisfaction from the insurance company. We were able to pay our extensive medical expenses! This woman is a threat. I hope she never runs into us again! But ! But if she does we have Penny and Associates!!!

They are truly top notch in guiding you the the various situations that can arise. Such as the party, who was at fault lying about having auto insurance at the scene, protecting your right (as a financially responsible individual) with DMV, assisting through the car rental process, negotiating with the insurance company on vehicle replacement, medical bills and potential settlements. I was injured and couldn’t not have survived the mental ordeal of dealing with ALL the aspects of this unexpected situation. A driver at fault in a serious car accident involving my daughter and myself had a policy with the minimum amount of car insurance coverage.
