All I can say is the folks at Penney & Associates, specifically Robert Brannen, saved our day! It's cliche but it is true! Let me explain... My fiance had an issue with an insurance company. Multiple phone calls...a number of different people within the insurance company, State Farm, telling her what they will NOT do for her. Not standing up for her rights...not representing her! Enter Mr. Brannen and Penny & Associates! I'm not sure what phone calls he made...who he talked to and what was said but when my fiance was contacted by State Farm it was a 180 degree turn in demeanor! He got them to do their job and what her insurance contract covered. We couldn't have asked for anything more and Robert took a very ugly situation and turned it around and into a positive. I highly recommend him and his firm!
