Can't say enough good things about our experience. We were thinking we had no case, Lemon Law encouraged us to go forward and we ended up with a substantial settlement with no work on our part except signing the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Excellent company

I had a Kia Sportage that ran fine until the last 6 months of the lease. Then it was in the shop like every week for transmission problems. The third visit they kept it for over 6 weeks and neither communicated with me nor offered me a loaner. I was getting SO fed up and just didn't know what to do. I had already contacted Kia customer service and was getting some help there, but nowhere near enough. A VERY dear friend referred me to Lemon Law Pro on the off-chance they could help. WOW. They spoke directly with Kia on my behalf and took all those challenges off my plate. They somehow got through to them to give me a loaner free of charge while they attempted to fix the tranni, which simply should have just been replaced instead of giving a new widow a runaround. AND, they got me a cash settlement twice the amount that Kia offered me. They were kind, patient, understanding, comprehensive of the situation I found myself in, and more than willing to go to bat for me. I can't say enough good about them. When I had a serious issue with my car, I called Lemon Law Pro. They were amazing. They walked me through the entire process. They were very professional and communicated quickly when necessary. My case was resolved far better than I could have imagined. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We purchased a 2018 Ford F150 with the 5.0 engine that has needed an engine replacement, two new dashboards due to warping, has excessive knocking/engine issues and suffers from excessive oil consumption. After contacting Talerra at Lemon Law Pros we e-mailed her our registration and repair records for review. After no response for over two weeks I called her and she apologized and said she was out for a medical issue and someone else was handling our case. Furthermore, she said Ford had agreed to buy back our truck for $35,000 dollars and we should be receiving that offer shortly. I reported this info to my wife as she was handling the e-mails. She e-mailed Talerra who responded that she had only received our registration and one page of service records. My wife confirmed that she sent a file with 51 pages of repair records, TSBs, etc. Apparently Lemon Law Pros has a glitch in their system and cannot open the file and still claims they haven't received it. We confirmed it was sent a second time. No phone call from them, no concern. Talerra obviously got our case confused with another client as we have no offer and are back at square one. Time to find new representation and a competent company that will handle our "lemon." Extremely dissatisfied.

We contacted Lemon Law Pro several months ago about our F-250 which had been in the shop for multiple things and occasions, mostly for electrical issues. After submitting our paperwork, we were called by one of the attorneys and had a nice conversation, after which she said she was taking our case. Because of COVID there was a bit of a delay in getting thru the courts part, but once that happened everything cruised on along.
