I am extremely glad I called Lemon Law Pro. Bought a brand new Infiniti QX60, and two days later I've started having issues with it. Took back to the dealership for repairs several times, but couldn't get a resolution. That's when I called Lemon Law Pro. Kimberli has explained me all the options available to me, walked me through the process, outlined all the steps we would have to go through, and made me feel really comfortable with the whole situation. Every time I contacted the office, I was getting a prompt and reliable response from Kimberli, Vince, Andrew, Alysha, or Dulce. They were able to resolve the case according to my expectations and I am very grateful to Lemon Law Pro for their professionalism.

Lemon law Pro did an excellent job they're awesome. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The attorneys were great and so was their staff. We were getting the runaround from the dealership so I decided to get an attorney. Lemon law was pretty quick. It only took 2 months. I highly recommend Lemon Law Pro. They get the job done!

We just received our settlement of over $30,000. That included all our down payment and other fees. It was an amazing new 2018 sports car... but the air conditioning didn't work well. The dealership couldn't fix it, but they sure tried. We kept all the paperwork from the attempts to fix it, and then looked for a lawyer. I was lucky to find Lemon Law Pro's. Lemon Law Pro is the best! Kimberli and her team did an outstanding job at supporting and defending us through the lemon law process for our RV. The staff was always professional, quick to respond, simplified the process, and was quick to resolve any issues or confusion we had. We are almost two hours from Sacramento, but were easily able to communicate and work with Lemon Law Pro. Kimberli won the case was able to get the unit exchanged! I highly recommend Kimberli and her team to anyone dealing with the lemon law!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The whole lemon law process is incredibly complicated, confusing, and tiring. I was dealing with a certain dealership who was giving me the run around and I felt helpless not knowing how to navigate the process until I called Lemon Law Pro and from the get go Kimberli, Vince, and Alysha were extremely helpful. They took my case and handled everything the entire way through with constant communication, great advice, and overall pleasant and professional behavior. My case appeared more complicated than most and took nearly a year to settle, but at no point did I feel out of communication with Lemon Law Pro and in the end I got the car replacement that I wanted. The opposing lawyer on several occasions tried to settle for less than what I wanted and Kimberli was persistent on getting exactly what I wanted.

I contacted Lemon Law Pro in hopes of getting out of a horrible mess with my Jeep. They began helping me right away and walked me through a long and arduous process of getting my car bought back by the MFG. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and sympathetic to the situation. They even managed to make the process easy between myself and the other owner of the vehicle despite our instabilities to work together. In the end, I came out on top, which was shocking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it took so long, but technically that wasnt their fault as much as the MFG dragging their feet. I have recommended them to my mom and a couple friends also. Even though it took so long, it was totally worth it.
