They were able to resolve the problem with the tenants. I never thought that some day I would also end up applying for a lawyer as a landlord but things happen. Being a landlord is not so easy as it might seem at first sight. When you deal with different types of people you will have to face a variety of problems. Sometimes tenants think they know things better than landlords but they don’t think that landlords might hire a lawyer who knows far more than them. And this was my case. They were able to resolve the issue with the tenants just by talking to them about the consequences they might face according to the law, and the tenants left the office peacefully with no further pretensions. If you are a landlord this office is just for you guys!

I was the seller in my transaction and Harman and his office helped set up the sale and purchase of my new office building. They took time to appropriately budget my new purchase and set up all legal documents for the sale of my previous office building. I highly recommend him. He is really the best.
