I was in a messy residential mortgage case involving a $1.2 million mortgage, a title, and a friend. I was being unjustly treated and I was greatly stressed out. I consulted with Mr. Randhawa. He was a great listener. It was my first time talking to an attorney so I had a lot of newbie questions, such as, what if, why not. He patiently listened to my case in details and answered all my questions. I consulted with a few other firms, including a top rated one in the area, but decided to retain Mr. Randhawa's firm because he is intelligent, has integrity, is clear minded, and he outlines an effective strategy which gives me the most leverage. My case was assigned to another attorney at the same firm, who is equally intelligent and effective. I highly recommend Mr. Randhawa to family, friends, and colleagues who may need legal assistance in any real estate issues.

I consulted with Harman regarding a real estate law issue. I had a problem with my general contractor and he walked me through the whole process on what I needed to do. Harman was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful!
