I was referred to Kristin by the lawyer handling my father's estate in a different state and I'm glad they did. Kristin was upfront with the process and estimated cost and best of all she was successful. Well worth the money and if I ever needed her expertise again I would hire her again immediately.

My husband and I hired Kristin to restate our family trust, incorporating some major changes. She gave us advice on choosing our final successor trustees. Kristin also contacted a lawyer in New Mexico on our behalf regarding some property we owned there. She was very reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. My wife and I are moving from the child-rearing phase of life to the parents-of-adult children phase. As such, we wanted to be sure that our estate was in order and be passed down to our children according to what we want when we die. We had a basic will detailing our children's guardianship and a few other items. However, since it was written while our children were very young and we did not have much for assets, we were worried that our wishes would not be fulfilled properly. As our children grew up and we began to acquire some modest assets, we knew we would need to update our wills. We contacted Kristin for guidance in this matter. During reviews of the documents, Kristin was extremely flexible in meeting with us around our work and family schedules. Throughout the entire process, working with Kristin was a joy. Even when we changed some details a couple of times, she worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the changes. While this is a very serious matter, Kristin's demeanor helped us feel comfortable with the process and the finished documents.
