Jack handled a very delicate and serious matter with precision. With very short notice he was engaged and his experience/knowledge help us to quickly navigate safely through a complicated matter. Jack Duran is a great lawyer. There aren't many Native American Indian lawyers especially in Sacramento council and being a Native American Indian myself I was happy to have found him. Jack is a wonderful attorney. He is efficient, honest and caring. I was involved in an appeal from small claims to a Placer County Superior Court, and he represented me. Although the court didn't rule in the way I would have wanted, Jack was on top of it. He is a fair, direct and no nonsense attorney. The opposing counsel was very difficult to deal with; but Jack was confrontational when needed, and he was more than capable of handling him. Since Jack has such a great reputation in Placer County and he was respectful of the Judge, it was an overall positive experience.

I hired Mr.Duran to take care of a matter i had where the company i paid for multiple services only ended up doing a few and then tried to hit me with a bill of $4k for their mistake since i was "defaulting"! I immediately contacted Mr. Duran, explained the situation and a couple days after he got to work my money was fully refunded! I hope not to have another situation like this again, but if i do ill definitely hire him!
