Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

I found Kim after two years of going through court battles, family/civil and criminal, as he was abusive. I had spent two years trying to do everything myself due to finances. This review is a bit overdo. My wife and I retained Kim a little over a year ago to represent us in a matter of destruction to our property. The Incident had escalated to a level where my family and I felt the need to have an attorney assist us. After an exhaustive search, we found Kim. From the start, she was not only extremely professional, but she also gave us a sense of comfort to have her take control of the legal aspect of the issue. During the time we worked with Kim to resolve our case, I had no issue or complaint with how she handled the case or interacted with us, thus the reason for multiple positive examples of our experience. Kim was extremely quick and responsive to our calls, emails, and questions that we continually had. As our case progressed there were times that new information, changes, or small roadblocks that arose and Kim was quick to successfully navigate through anything that came up. Ultimately, we were able to achieve a positive outcome to our case. This outcome (win) could not have been achieved without Kim’s legal representation. As far as my wife and I are concerned, Kim’s professionalism, judgment, dedication to the law, and her unwavering commitment to her clients was above reproach. Ms. Harrison was my lawyer when I was facing legal intimidation for speaking out against a racist rapist in our community. She handled my case with professionalism, care & knowledge. I was very impressed with Kim Harrison. After Wells Fargo Bank wrongfully foreclosed on my home, I hired a large law firm in Roseville, Ca to handle my case. I parted company with that large law firm and they were derelict in their representation of my case. This law firm, with their Harvard grad attorneys through everything they could at Ms. Harrison and Ms, Nygren. My two super women lawyers battled them at every point. Ms. Harrison put 100% of her energy and emotions into my case. We ended up negotiating a very favorable settlement with Wells Fargo Bank.
