Rosenthal Law has been a great help throughout the process of my injury lawsuit. I am very happy Mr. Rosenthal and his employees. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. They explained everything, answered all my questions and reassured me when I had doubts. I was involved in a car crash, where someone hit me. I got hurt, and need surgery. Without going into details... everything turned out great in the end. It took a long time for the settlement to be reached, but that was to make sure all medical bills where included. I was riding my bike through an intersection when a car hit me and broke my foot. I was in the hospital and had medical bills but the police said it was my fault and the guys insurance would not pay me anything. Thankfully I call Mr. Rosenthal. He was able to show the insurance company the other guy was at fault and they ended up paying me a lot of money for my pain and suffering. I had a broken right ankle, punctured lungs, broken ribs, surgery on broken ankle with plate and screws - had to have four surgeries, physical therapy and had to retire early from my job after working 15 years at this one company. Attorney David Rosenthal gave great service, even though he was a long distance from my home.
