I hired Blair Goss for a couple of speeding tickets I received within a month of each other. One was dismissed, and the other one, the fee was significantly reduced. I am happy with the resolution, and I appreciate the convenience of having the whole process taken care of for me.

One of my family members was in an unhealthy relationship with a significant other, which led to an unexpected physical confrontation in which she feared for her safety. She took actions to defend herself and called the police, fearing what her partner might do next. My family member was unexpectedly arrested. Neither of us was familiar with criminal procedure or knew what to expect next. We were fearful because my family member is in a profession in which a criminal conviction could result in her losing her professional license and majorly disrupt her life. I knew Blair through a colleague and contacted him regarding the court process and what to expect at an upcoming hearing. Without having to ask, Blair offered to attend the hearing with my family member and contacted her explaining what the hearing was and what to expect next. After speaking with the family member regarding her case, he contacted me and indicated he would represent my family member pro bono and try to reach a deal which would avoid a conviction. Again, he offered this without either of us asking. He attended multiple hearings for my family member and provided her regular updates regarding the status of her case. He was ultimately able to secure a deal in which my family member would attend classes in exchange for dismissal of the case. This was a tremendous relief, as my family member was incredibly worried about a conviction and the potential impact on her career. I would highly recommend Blair to anyone facing criminal charges, as he is very familiar with the criminal process and takes a creative approach to reaching a deal which will avoid a conviction. He helped clear up a lot of confusion and uncertainty, and helped my family member remain hopeful in an incredibly stressful time in her life. Thank you Blair!

He spoke with me many times regarding my case and supported me through my decision making. He never charged nor pressured me into making any decisions. Now generally speaking I don’t like to give to attorneys negative reviews but this terrible experience with Blair Goss I had needs to be shared to save the next individual from an absolutely dreadful experience with Blair Goss. Since the date I hired this attorney to represent me in a speeding violation , it was a nightmare. Their lack of communication was astounding, I was constantly left in the dark about my case's progress and had to chase them for updates, which were often vague and unhelpful.Moreover, their incompetence was glaring. Blair seemed clueless about the intricacies of the law relevant to my case and made several costly mistakes, as failure to appear on my behalf which ultimately jeopardized my license standing. It felt like I was paying Blair to make matters worse.To add insult to injury Blairs secretary not helpful at all in communicating and being unprofessional and impolite .I paid fees upfront paying not delivering any tangible results.In short, steer clear of Blair Goss Save yourself the time, money, and stress of dealing with someone who's more interest in lining their pockets than providing competent legal representation.

My case was originally dropped by a previous attorney due to the circumstances of it seeming like an impossible case to fight. That’s when Attorney Blair Goss came in and took my case and right away let me know he would do what he can to end the case in my favor. And that gave me actual hope. Months later and some frequent updates he let me know he was able to get my case dismissed. He called me personally to give me the good news and I was ecstatic as I was. Overall I most definitely will be dealing with him the next time I’m in need of an attorney that has already a good record behind him.
