I hired Douglas to handle a minor traffic ticket I had received and he completely failed to handle my case. Over the months I made multiple attempts to get in contact with Douglas with only a single phone call ever getting through. He had assured me that he was handling the case and that I did not need to respond to any of the notices from the court or attend any court dates. Over four months had passed since Douglas had taken the case and I am still unable to get in contact with him. The fines had now approximately tripled I had gained a failure to appear and the court was threatening to suspend my license if I did not pay the fine by the deadline. I need my license for work and losing my job is not an option to avoid a traffic ticket. I payed the fine and will now be paying the additional insurance costs until the point is removed from my license. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this firm.
