You wont go wrong coming here. I went to all other major attorney offices in sacramento and this one was the best. Eason and tambornini helped me get a great settlement from my injury claim, they were informative, very professional, and always kept me updated on my case. Have you ever been so impressed with someone that you could not find the words to describe them?.....Well that how I feel about Jennifer Eason and her legal assistant, Omar Cardenas. These two are AMAZING!!! I tried to give them 100 stars, but I couldn’t. Background I have a worker’s comp case that is several years old. I have never had an on the job injury so I had no idea of what to expect (Nightmare). Two years ago I found Jennifer via google just to ask questions and here is WHERE SHE BLEW MY MIND! Jennifer actually took my call, gave me basic advice and direction, and then told me that based on the information relayed to her (Wait For it….) “ I didn’t need an attorney at this point she did NOT want to just take my money!!!!!! What!!!! (No, I’m not kidding). Fast forward 2.5 years, multiple MRIs, therapy, acupuncture, back surgery, continued pain and I now needed an attorney. Why? My former employer and their insurance company are definitely trying to screw me. NOTE: Most employers and their insurance companies DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. I found this out the hard way when the insurance adjuster misinformed me on many aspects of my case, was extremely rude, and became belligerent when I refused to settle for next to nothing. I was at a standstill as the employer and the insurance company refused to continue treatment. I threatened to complain to the Sate of Ca and next thing I knew they were being represented by an attorney. If they were above board, why lawyer up? (Rhetorical). In the interest of time, here’s where I am today. Things are rolling!!! Jennifer and Omar jumped on the case and miraculously, treatment is continuing, my next surgeries approved, I’ve received a voucher, temporary payments, travel expenses and several other items are in the works. BTW, all of these recent developments have happened within 3 weeks of retaining Jennifer. I you want someone who ACTUALLY cares about YOU and YOUR interest, then look no further. Lessons Learned: 1. Get A Good Lawyer 2. Don’t trust your employer in a worker’s comp case 3. Hire Jennifer & Omar.

I am so very excited that I got a chance to have Eason and Tambornini as my legal team in my personal injury case. From the lawyer who took down the info for my case to the receptionist, they were all amazing! The lawyer I had the pleasure to work with was Seth Bradley. If you need a personal injury lawyer, Seth is the guy to go to. He is fantastic! This was the first time I needed to use a lawyer and Seth was very down to earth and personable. He replied to my e-mail/phone calls VERY quickly. He was also very thorough when it came to explaining what I should expect in regards to these type of cases. I was so glad I found Eason & Tambornini after my work injury. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with after my second surgery. I had no clue how the Workman Compensation system worked. I knew I had to get someone I could trust in my corner. I called a few attorneys and I was told I really didn't have a case and basically it would be a waste of time for them. Then I contacted Eason & Tambornini from the very first conversation on the phone I knew I found the person I needed in my corner. I met with Jennifer a few days later in their downtown Sacramento office. She answered all my questions and concerns I had with my case. I felt very confident with having her as my attorney after that first meeting. Every time I had a question or concern all I had to do was call her office. If she was not available to speak at that time, I was connected to Jordan. I can not praise this gentlemen enough. He is amazing. Any question I had he would have an answer and if he didn't have the answer right then, he would contact me ASAP with the answer. He would explain the next step with my case and what to expect. This made it a lot easier to concentrate on my medical care and not worry about the insurance trying to pull a fast one on me. I was not worried with the insurance company trying to play games with me because Jennifer and Jordan would catch it. They were there for me anytime I needed any question or concerns with my case for almost 3 years that is AMAZING. They never once made me feel like I was being a pain. They made me feel like I was their most important client. I doubt you can find that at any other law office. I you are reading this and you are wondering if you need any attorney to help you with you injury case...you need dont any attorney YOU NEED EASON & TAMBORNINI they will treat you right. I highly recommend them and their staff to anyone. Especially if you are not familiar with the Workman Compensation system. I would not have received the medical attention and compensation that I received without Jennifer and Jordan. I would have not even have came close to the treatments and compensation if I tried to face the insurance company alone. I just wanted to say thank you for all you did for me after my automobile collision. I had a total loss when I was t-boned in my truck on the freeway. Not only was it not my fault but, I had a traumatic brain injury and the other party did not have insurance. Thus, I had to go through the whole uninsured motorist claim process... it was very lengthly but, Kurt and Kyle guided me through the process and in the end got me the very best compensation possible. All I can say is hang in there, give your trust as I did to Eason & Tambornini, and you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks again and best wishes from the McNeil's!!!

Dedicated, diligent, professional and highly experienced within workman's comp cases. I unfortunately was dealt with an accident at my previous employment in 2014.... two years later NOTHING had still been accomplished. I got referred to Eason and Tambornini in early 2016 to where Jennifer Eason and her assistant Omar Cardenas finally gave me some hope. The care, support and fast responses (emails and calls) from Mr. Cardenas was immense and comforting. They literally took out the "anxiety and stress" of two years within a couple months. Regarding the attorney fees, Eason and Tambornini are more than fair in the percentage that they offer and I was happy with how my settlement turned out. Bottom line-- Jennifer and Omar honestly just deeply care about their clients! I highly recommend Seth, Becca and the whole team at Esean and Tambornini. I went through many attorneys to get to him and I'm extremely satisfied with the care and knowledgeability they had for my case. Because of this, I was willing to drive up to two hours to work with Seth from Eason and Tambornini. Before I got help from Seth, I went through four lawyers. The first three were from the Attorney's Group and they were absolutely no help. I had to jump from lawyer to lawyer in their company to find out that no one was really working on my case. This was a really uneasy feeling. I then hired another attorney who then concluded that he cannot got forward with my case because he stated it was a 50/50 at fault situation.
