Let me start by saying I came here with no relevant knowledge of what was to come or the hurdles that were about to appear. Matt, Eric, and the rest of the team are extremely good at what they do. If I did not understand something, I could ask and get a straightforward answer. However, the best course of action is to trust the process and have patience. They know their job and how to do it very well. Let them do what they do. Eric himself is extremely well versed and sharp as I saw first-hand how efficient and effective he is at work. I would not hesitate to come here again, and they definitively get my recommendation to anyone looking for help.

When my family & I were involved in an accident last November, I really didn't even know that you could get legal assistance. It was so hard trying to do everything on my own. Then I google searched "best personal injury lawyers in sacramento" and 3 local law offices popped up (Eason & Tamborini included). I emailed all 3 and it was Matt Eason who responded almost immediately. When I spoke with him on the phone, he was very understanding and thoroughly explained the process, the attorney fees involved, and expectations of just how strenuous this process can get. After speaking on the phone, his legal team (Kristen & Angelica) reached out to me to get the process started. Now, these car accident claims can get so long and drawn out due to insurance companies. But anytime I had a question, whether I thought it was dumb or not, Kristen ALWAYS took the time to answer me. Anytime I needed clarification or was confused, she took the time to answer me so that I knew exactly what I was signing or getting myself into. In-between resolving the original car accident, we were rear ended AGAIN and Kristen did not hesitate to help us immediately with getting our car fixed and getting the 2nd case up and going. With the amount of irresponsible drivers out there these days, I trust Eason & Tamborini to do what is right by their clients. I think people need to understand that this is a PROCESS and to also "TRUST THE PROCESS" as well as trust their legal team to do what is necessary for their clients. I am so satisfied with the service I have received that I have referred a lot of my own clients, friends, and family and they are currently working on 3 of their cases as I write this review. I am extremely dissatisfied with this firm representing my case. I was under the initial impression that this firm had my best interests in mind, however was I so wrong. I did all of the hard work by going to nearly 40 chiropractic appointment, numerous physical therapy appointments, two epidural injections and I am still in pain. My accolades go to myself, my chiropractor and all of the medical providers that assisted with attempting to eliminate or greatly improve my pain and discomfort. This firm did exactly what was expected and nothing more. This firm has their interests at heart first and foremost and not the client that they are being paid to represent. I was advised that the firm requested the different medical offices to reduce their fees to my benefit. I then asked the firm to my benefit would they reduce their fees and costs and was told no. The firm took a significant amount of the settlement and I was left with a joke of a settlement amount. Lastly, I am dealing with the firm removing their names from future payment being sent for medical payments to myself directly. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to contact my auto insurance company to remove their law firm from these payments. My opinion is that they do not want to have the payments sent directly to me because this gives the firm the opportunity to monitor what is being paid to me. Mediocre job, overly paid. I have not received a call from Eason or Tambornini to say anything in regards to my satisfaction or road to recovery. Correspondence with Kristen has become extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I am still dealing with my pain and seeking medical assistance, therefore to have to deal with being in constant communication with a firm that has supposedly ended representation is highly frustrating. I should not have to continually being in contact with an assistant to make sure wire transfer of my payments are processed in an expedited manner. I would never recommend this firm and I will be ecstatic once all communication has terminated.

Eason &Tamborini assisted me with my worker’s compensation case, all are professionals, specially Lupe Carrasco and Yurica Rodriguez, she speaks Spanish and they was so helpful. I highly recommend them, I tried with another lawyer before, and they didn’t help me at all, but you can absolutely trust this Law Corporation.
