During all phases this crew was very tentative very in tune with what needed to be done life wasn't so good before I mean today wonderful

Although my situation is complicated and does not fall under the purview of his particular area of expertise, he still took the time to help me as best as he could. It is so sad that I cannot get help because of the lack of monetary value of my potential case. But it is very refreshing to find some such as him who took the time to honestly listen and offer me more than a canned and placated answer just to appease your ego. I have yet to use those phone numbers that he gave me (very much appreciated.) I am under an enormous amount of stress from the lack of adequate care I am receiving from the U.C. Davis Medical Centre. And to add to that pressure I cannot understand why the legal establishment cannot even afford me an attorney on a Pro-bono basis. None the less he is a leader among his peers and a star within the legal establishment. And I thank him very much for listening to me and giving me some hope.

Spoke with Bart about my husband's recent death which may be termed as a wrongful death. Bart was patient, compassionate and helpful. Bart was honest about what I may be facing in terms of litigation. But what really stood out was his knowledge and compassion.
