Bart was very helpful and gave me lots of information. He spent time with me and described what I could do and how to file a grievance. I didn’t feel like he was rushed or like he did want to talk to me. He truly made me feel like what happened wasn’t good and should change. Thank you for your time.

Even though Moseley Collins was unable to take my case Bart was kind enough to take the time to provide me with some resources at no cost. I was able to file a complaint with the California Department of Public Health and the hospital was found negligent. Thank you, Bart for everything.

Although my particular case did not match what they specialized in, The compassion For my particular situation was Was appreciated.
In addition, since this is not something they specialize in, Patricia the representative who assisted me when above and beyond by offer me other resources the resources which could potentially assist me.
This approach demonstrated to me that the law firm is not after the bottom line dollar figure it's more along the lines of the concern of the Client.
