Hi my name is Donna and I'm glad to take the time to write some feedback in regards to my experience with this agency and in particular an individual named Patricia, she was not only professional but more importantly she was courteous, patient, and genuinely concerned with the issues I presented, when you can experience that just over a phone call you remember such an experience, After informing me that their agency doesn't specialize in the area that I needed help in she could have just simply said thank you and ended the conversation but that is not what she did, instead she painstakingly took the time to point me in the right direction send me resources that would help me in that aim and offered any kind of assistance that she could in the future in terms of answers I felt helped heard and valued that is not an experience you have every day with normal businesses or companies this agency has an asset in Patricia and if this is the kind of people they employ then without hesitation I give five stars for both this agency and in particular their employee Patricia.
