I was in a car accident and got assigned Kayla Johns as my case manager. I have nothing, but praise for her. Kayla responds to my emails, calls, and texts within minutes; she is extremely responsive and has excellent follow through regarding appointments, notes, and communications with the insurance, and medical appointments. Thank you Kayla.

Kayla has been helping me so much ! If it wasn’t for her I would be lost. She’s always giving me updates , she responses me when I need her. She’s amazing !

Very professional made me feel at ease with my concerns

I have had the pleasure of having Jocelyn as my case manager on this whole ordeal that could’ve been 10 times more stressful, but she was extremely communicative. She really gave me a piece of mind by her attentiveness. If I could, I would give her my check at least half of it. She was extremely informative. I didn’t feel lost during this process. She helped Everything and I am incredibly grateful for her knowledge and support She knew what I was going through Being completely displaced out of work and no vehicle she helped me through the entire process with The adjuster although I don’t feel like on GEICO’s end, compensated me for my loss she did a amazing job. I really appreciate Jocelyn And everything that she is helped me with and continues to do so

I called Jacoby and Meyers after getting rear ended and I had the pleasure to meet Isabella Cannata. My case is still not over but I just know she will handle my case with care. I appreciate the reminders that she sends me and she makes things easy. I wish I never got rear ended but J&M really helped make things worry free. Not once have I felt pressured or rushed to complete things, my life can continue on while this happens in the background. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the law firm and specifically her.
