Atty. Montefalcon was recommended to us. We made an appointment with him and explained that we were from out of town and on a tight schedule. So he actually came in on a weekend to get the paperwork completed! We had to go to the Philippines to sell our deceased parents property and close their bank accounts as well. All this in 1 week. I was dubious that this could happen, but when we arrived, our broker said that because we had all our paperwork In order, we were able to complete the sale of the house in 4 days! Atty Montefalcon thought of everything, from my sisters name change affidavit, to including both siblings on the special power of atty! Additionally, we were able to close their bank accounts without much hassle, because we were prepared with the banks required paperwork. My experince with Attorney Montefalcon was awesome. He is very knowledgable, comforting and has a pleasant disposition. He works with you financially because he understands everyone does not always have the funds needed to pay for services. I've already attended my discharge meeting but he is still working with me. What can I say he is AWESOME!!!
