I had a problem setting up operations in California from out of state. Greg promptly answered my questions and explained the issues I had to deal with. I am still in the process of getting ready to do business in CA and when the time comes I will be sure to hire Greg to handle all of my legal issues in the state. I worked with Greg at City Constructors and he was very effective as our in-house attorney. He has a thorough knowledge of how the construction industry works and was able to explain contract legalese in a way that made sense to company employees and management. During his time there he worked with our insurers, settled disputes in our favor, and managed several of our employment and corporate law issues. He is a very competent lawyer and I would recommend him for your legal work.
