Wow! Really awesome learning experience for me. Thing is my case was not the type Moseley usually takes . My challenge with my surgeon is not catastrophic and likely not a big payday and I was afraid of just being told my case was too small. but, To my surprise & delight I was contacted and told "Sorry ,Christopher but we are not likely to accept your case as we take cases that are very complicated that have had catastrophic outcomes. " Moseley Collins does not usually take easy to prove cases . Moseley Collins is ready to take on the toughest opponents that have caused major life altering injuries to include loss of life etc. As a self employed man most of my earning years I fully understand the need for profits and to feel accomplished . But Instead of blowing me off or just ignoring me altogether. Leanna Neal with Moseley Collins requested that I allow her to take time to look into my experience and at minimum put together a plan of action so in the event they do not accept my case . I will walk away with a plan to move forward taking actions to handle my case in the most appropriate manner possible. Empowering me to get the justice I deserve especially if they can't be of help!!!!!? ( TBH I know it's not a big case with tons of cash. I am flabbergasted that LeAnn would take such time to put me on the right track and the Moseley Collins would be so awesome as to have her be such an aid to a probably not going to be client. I've never been given such kind and supportive consideration especially from a firm that most likely will not be able to take the case ( it'd be in my best interest to be given professional guidance so my case pays me well and I keep what I receive. How incredibly selfless and client ( not a client ) oriented . I have never heard an attorney tell me they would do anything to help my position let alone work on my case purposely to help me help, myself. I wish I could give more than 5 stars . I am changed as I have a renewed faith from the few minutes Leann took out of her busy day to help me figure my case. Thanks Leann , I've never been so happy to know I'll probably be turned down but only because it's in my best interest. PS: Leann exemplifies Class , integrity ,& exceptional professionalism.
