This is my experience when I received my consultation: The attorney on the other end was an extremely good listener and sympathetic to my plea. He allowed me to explain my situation and it actually felt quite therapeutic, as others I've spoken to weren't nearly as sympathetic or understanding as the gentleman on the phone. He explained to me that, unfortunately, the firm wouldn't be able to take the case. He explained clearly the exact legal reasons why. Although the conversation could have ended there and I still would have been hugely impressed, he spent additional time, completely free of charge, providing resources for me that would still potential benefit me monetarily without necessarily needing an attorney. I am not religious by any means, but he is truly someone who "walks the walk" and I can definitely understand why this firm is rated so highly. Not only is this being a truly kind person, but it is also extremely smart business -- I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone reading this.
