Slow response times and difficulty reaching case managers
“I never met with an attorney nor did I even get to speak with one. I went weeks without hearing from a case manager about an update and when I did it was like she was doing all she could to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.”

“They settled my case for 25000, charged me 19500 leaving me with 5500 in a tone of pain with no relief and not even enough money to buy a decent car. I will never refer anyone here , I will never use this service again. Ever. They deserve fewer than zero stars. Thief's to say the least.”
