Attorney Tabo is knowledgeable, honest, and I believe he used his best judgement in my case. Matt and Nicole represented our family to the best we could've ever hoped for in our custody case. Our family is forever grateful for the outstanding work. Choosing a lawyer is like choosing a mechanic and it really is just being lucky. I'm not the biggest believer in reviews as many of them can be fake but this one I assure you is for real! I hired Matt to represent me in a first time DUI case. I researched many attorneys and firms in Sacramento and reviewed Matt's credentials and profile on the California Bar Attorneys web site. I consulted with Matt and found him to be a very knowledgable and understanding attorney; given the circumstances with my case. Matt and his staff were consistently in contact with me as my case progressed through the Court. He explained the nuances of the laws, my rights, possible outcomes, and strategies with me. I always felt informed and confident that he was representing me and protecting my rights in Court. Matt went the "extra mile" and spent additional hours without charging me, doing additional research and presenting my case to the District Attorney's Office. After nearly 18 months of my case winding through the Court, my case was ultimately dismissed. This was the outcome that Matt and I were hoping for, and was due to Matt presenting persuasive written arguments continually to the District Attorney. I would definitely hire Matt again.

Matt is an excellent and very kind hearted attorney. Although my case is still ongoing because my x is completely trying to alienate me from my children. But Matt has been by my side through thick and thin. He goes out of his way to me sure my rights are protected. He is the best in all of Sacramento.

This isn’t the first time I’ve consulted Matt for legal advice. This most recent consult was regarding a disputed child support case by the non-custodial parent. I was panicking just because this case was first opened 13 years ago and I worry that since so much time has passed that the judge may favor the other party.
