Richard was very informative, helpful and understanding. He always gave me sound advice on how to handle situations during my divorce, he also was always available by phone or e-mail when issues arised to talk to me.

Richard was recommended to me by a brother of a friend who worked at a a law firm specializing in divorce cases. My friend's brother told me, "All the lawyers I work with are very very good, but Richard is better." I called Richard to set up an initial consultation. When I met with him in person, he immediately struck me as an intelligent and kind person. He asked me what was important to me in the divorce proceedings. There was no point, at any time during the proceedings, where I felt at all pressured by him to go after more than what I had initially discussed with him. My divorce was by far the worst thing I've ever gone through. Richard put a lot of effort into my case, which went on for almost 2 full years. During that time he kept me up to date with what to expect during the process and, several times, helped put my mind at ease when I was quite nearly at my wit's end. I consider myself extremely lucky to selected have Richard as my legal representation. I have 3 co-workers going through divorces right now, and it's clear from speaking with them, that none of their lawyers are in the same league in terms of concern for their clients. In addition to his overall good-natured and dedicated approach to representing me, Richard's billing was more that reasonable compared to what my co-workers are paying.

I hired Mr. Abdallah earlier this year for simple child custody and child support case. Mr. Abdallah misquoted me two court dates and for those I suffered alot in court and financially. Mr. Abdallah's failure to keep me informed in addition to his lack of empathy goes neck to neck in making him good attorney. I recommend Ms. Kairey Smith. She turned the tides for my case.. It was outmost despicable for any attorney to call you after your court date and the client was not informed pre court date. This is a new low for any attorney.
