Not the most cost effective solution for simpler legal matters. With minimum increments set at 6 minutes, expect to pay (at least) $30 for every email - even two line status updates to confirm that the previously agreed steps did or did not go as planned. In the end, we paid nearly $3k for services that our friends found elsewhere for less than $1k. I can't fault them for getting the job done, and I don't fault the people that helped us with our case. However, I do question the efficiency of this business model. If your situation is more routine/straightforward, I recommend shopping around a bit first.
