After multiple letters received in the mail I chose Mr. Matl. The content of his letter shared his experience and background. It was very detailed not like the other letters.
Upon meeting Mr. Matl I hired him immediately. Mr. Matl is very knowledgeable of the DUI law and the court process.
Mr. Matl worked hard to get the case that was Felony DUI to a misdemeanor. He explained each step as we proceeded to each court date. He answered all the questions I had with much detail. Mr. Matl is a very hard working lawyer.

He was very kind and assisted me in a bogus felony arson charge. Very quickly he acknowledged it was bs. He also listened very well as I found most Attourney stalk more than they listen. His fees were also substantially better than the other Attourneys. We really got to know each other and he never made me feel his time was more important than the case and my needs. I believe he is also a good hearted individual and very down to earth. Even though the case wasn’t dropped while I used him I found him a great joy working with. Took care of my first-time offense in Marin county, got two of my three charges dropped and even offered to help expunge my record for free after I finish out my probation. All-around friendly and helpful guy, I'll be keeping his number in my phone.
