I discovered Frayley & Frayley when searching for Ch. 7 Bankruptcy assistance. I had already obtained several quotes from local Bankruptcy Attorneys in addition to trying to get help from an organization called Capital Pro Bono legal services which is the only legal service offered to low income individuals by the County of Sacramento. Unfortunately, I had to print & send them a copy of my credit report & then a week later was able to talk to someone who then was very negative about my personal circumstance. After that bleak experience, I was able to have a free video conference with Mr. Gary Frayley. His approach was unbiased & genuine. He is known as the Guru on the Hill due to his many years of experience including teaching law students & being very active in the community.He also speaks professionally at Legal conferences & forums. I appreciated his honesty & that he was not trying to mislead me into retaining his services. He said he got into Law not to make millions of dollars by taking people's hard earned money but because he wanted to help people. I would highly recommend Gary Frayley to anyone who needs legal help with Bankruptcy law. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

I am so happy I was able to find Fraley & fraley. Gary is an amazing person at heart and extremely wise. The consolation was about bankruptcy but Gary was able to give me so much advice and direction about how to get out of my situation and the leverage I have within the company in my situation. With the advice giving I was able to set a plan in motion to not only get out of bankruptcy but also set the path for my future within the business. I’m soo glad I did my research and went with Fraley and Fraley. Gary took the time to explain the entire process to me from beginning to end. They were able to make payment arrangements that I could handle. They staff there is very knowledgeable. Every time I called Klaryssa and Vhal were knowledgeable and able to assist with questions or any concerns. Piotr helped me on filing day to explain everything I was signing in great detail and to make sure everything was accurate. The staff at Fraley and Fraley are kind, patient and knowledgeable. They made it a very smooth process. When it came time to do the meeting of the creditors there was 10 cases at my court time which was on zoom so even better for anyone like me that gets nervous in court. Needless to say of the 10 I was number 8 and we were the only file to not get dismissed or another hearing cause they weren’t prepared. I was prepared because Gary made sure I knew what they were going to ask and also because they send you a video from YouTube to explain the process in depth.
