I had several consultations with multiple law offices and it was looking bleak. Mostly ran into Lawyers who would simply fill out the forms and file it for me . But at Fraley & Fraley it was completely different Gary vast experience and knowledge of bankruptcy law provided me the best possible outcome. Do yourself Go with the best

I was at a loss over my financial situation, I went for a consultation with Mr. Fraley. He and his office were very kind, explaining all of my options thoroughly. Businesses with human compassion are rare these days and this firm exceeded my expectation. I will be giving my business to Mr Fraley. Thank you for your compassion during this difficult time.

They ask for a "deposit", but they do not tell you that it's not refundable; even if you ask for it back via email on the same day that you gave it to them. They'll also tell you that you can file Chapter 7, but later they'll tell you that you don't qualify. Again, ask for a refund and you are coldly told: "We will honor our contract." They took $2700 from me after a "free" consultation by ensuring me that it was just a deposit. When they admitted that their attorneys were quitting and that the receptionist(s) were fired for using drugs, I should have known better. Their response to this post proves that they believe the customer is always wrong and they prefer to take instead of earn money.

They are con artists out of desperation on making money. Me and my wife talk to this lawyer and sign documents to start the process. The next day we changed our mind. But they wouldn't refund us our $200 start-up fee. If you're thinking of going to this lawyer Runaway!

Mr. Fraley and his staff were extremely informative, professional and insightful with the bankruptcy process and exhibited expertise and genuine concern for the client throughout the entire process.

The staff in this group are very helpful, not just at the onset of your bankruptcy, but throughout the duration. We sought help in filing for bankruptcy. Brian explained to us the nuances of each type and helped guide us to which one was best for us. In the end, we filed a chapter 13 with a 5-year repayment plan for the vehicles we kept. A year later, I was contacted by my ex-husband requesting help with a previous debt. Dana, a representative with Fraley & Fraley, gladly acted as the intermediary so that I did not have to speak directly with my ex (we despise each other). A couple of years after that, we met with Gary at the firm to discuss options that suited our current situation (change in income, student loan debt, etc).
