I had an appointment with Mr. Fraley over one week - after reviewing 3 other attorneys, due to everything is done online now. Mr. Fraley made me so welcome. I am a person of color- he treated me as if I was his relative explaining every detail to getting me out of this Hole. I can't wait until the final results. But I needed to write this now. Right from the moment you hire him till the case is done you will be tension free. Gary is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We really liked the way he communicates with his clients, very approachable and warm. He made us feel at ease and made the whole process simple. Best Lawyer and staffs. Mr. Fraley has so much experience in his field of work, he guided me through out the whole process. I am having an issue with my student loan servicer not obeying a court decision. Gary took a big chunk of his time to talk to me about student loans. He even gave me the numbers of some attorneys that specialize in student loans. The best part is he didn't charge me for his time or the resources he gave me.

Thanks. I’m sure often people come into these types of situations with a lot of questions and they want to get their Bankruptcy done, but Gary talked to me and said that I should wait and hopefully not ever need to do a bankruptcy. I appreciated his time and honesty and he let me know that bankruptcies aren’t bad, but I didn’t need one for my situation. Sometimes you need them and sometimes you don’t, but when you really do I recommend this place. They don’t just sell you a dream, they give it to you straight. Thanks 😉🤝

I had to write this review. Gary is awesome! I came to him after I already talked with another attorney about a debt settlement and being sued by the collector. The other attorney told me it would cost anywhere from $600-$1000 to negotiate with the collector and that did not necessarily mean they would lower the debt amount. I decided to shop around for a second opinion and to compare rates. And I’m really glad I did. I contacted Frayley & Frayley PC Sacramento and Gary ended up helping me out. He was fair, straightforward and knowledgeable. He let me know my options and the best way to handle the debt settlement. That Hiring a lawyer to negotiate and settle the debt would incur more costs than it’s worth. He suggested that I needed to provide an answer by letter to the court to allow myself more time to negotiate. And he offered to write up the reply to the court summons for free! He saved me money and time and didn’t try to sell me his services. In fact he advised against hiring him and gave me a free solution. Thanks again Gary for your help!
