I first called Fraley & Fraley PC Sacramento Bankruptcy Attorneys because my bills had gotten away from me and i needed a way out, to start over. I picked this firm over all the other firms in the area because their office wasn't far from where i lived and they had good reviews online. What I liked most about Fraley & Fraley PC Sacramento Bankruptcy Attorneys was how easy it was to file and get things taken care of. In the end, my bankruptcy was approved and i am currently debt free and staying away from unnecessary spending. Now that we’ve received this outcome, my life is less stressful and i feel like i have a fresh start.

Jackie Gonzalez was very kind and was a great help to me in my Bankruptcy case. Every time I called and had a problem Jackie was so patient and willing to help me in all my needs! I was drowning in debt after my divorce. When I went into my consultation with Gary Fraley, I could not afford to pay all at once, but was able to make payments that fit my budget. My bankruptcy was discharged in 2016 and I have been rebuilding my credit since then. I am now in the market to purchase a home! The mortgage lender has voiced concern over a blip on my credit report: a past creditor is making claims to a lien that never existed. I called Gary's office and his team went to bat for me again. i found Fraley & Fraley on google i ask God to send me to the right place and it happened to be one block away from my house. Gary was very informative and talked to me about all my options In the end because i was new to the state of California my best option was to wait till i had more time in the state to file for the best option. Gary Fraley is one of the hardest working, most ethical and principled warriors in the bankruptcy field. He gives his entire self to helping those in debt, and is fierce against creditors. I recommend him without reservation.

In the last few years, I’ve experienced many setbacks which put me way behind and underwater financially. I knew that I needed to file bankruptcy but had put it off because of negative things I’d heard about it all my life, but finally decided to do something. When I called Mr. Fraley, I found out what really happens and how bankruptcy would actually be not only worthwhile but actually practical and responsible. He immediately dispelled all my fears and doubts, and educated me on how it all works. He made it all clear and uncomplicated, and it wasn’t the ordeal I had expected. Now I’m much happier and enthusiastic about the future rather than overwhelmed and discouraged. I can now finally relax and work towards growth again.

I told Mr. Fraley that there was a lien on my property on our initial meeting. He assured me he will take care of this during the bankruptcy and I trusted that he would. I never spoke to him after that. I called and email several times asking how he will take care of this, I had to tell the story many times to the receptionist and the paralegal. Even thou I called and asked I can’t even remember how many times, nothing was done regarding this. My Bk was discharged and this problem was still there. I emailed and called in the following months with NO answer. The only answer I got was that Blanca was swamped and she will get back to me when she is available. I did not call a few times .... I emailed and called every week for over two months.... i begged for an answer or even they refer me to another attorney and nothing. After many sleepless nights and numerous emails, I found another attorney. As it turns out, my new attorney explained in a few minutes what the problem was and got it resolved in less than an hour with a few phone calls. I would not recommend Fraley & Fraley to anyone! This is more than lack of professionalism, it’s lack of ethics.

Fraley & Fraley lawyers were very professional and informative about my legal options with no pressure on me too makeup my mind right then; I was referred to them by another attorney who said that they where very good! So I hired them in December ,gathered all required documents completed the first financial counseling course by end of December. January February nothing was happening with my case ! Think they had a turn over in office personnel! March Covid-19 hit and I assumed That all business where closed. I didn't receive any word about my case. So in June I called and they answered the phone, I asked them where closed they said no, I was assigned a very experienced paralegal by the name Blancha I hope that I spelled her name right; She fast track my case and I finished the second financial counseling course in early July and had are court hearing on July 29th followed by are Case being Discharged October 5th All things being said the experience with Fraley& Fraley baring the pandemic/ Personnelissues not withstanding I would definitely highly recommend this law firm to my friends and family😀

Met with Gary in Sacramento about a case we did 8 years ago. He spent a lot of time looking into our case and explaining what we could do to move forward. I wish we had met him 8 years ago. If you need a great attorney who is very detailed this is your man. Thank you Gary.
