I needed immediate legal advise and I left a message on Paul Chan's website thinking I may get a response in a few weeks or not at all. He called back within 1/2 hour. He was supportive and informative. I cannot thank him enough for the prompt response and valuable information. Thank you again!

I was a new grad RN with a criminal history that received a letter from the BRN stating there was a reason to deny my application. I spoke to a few attorneys, and they all told me that my application was 100% going to be denied, and that I needed legal representation. As a new grad, hearing this from the attorneys was heartbreaking. I decided to give Paul a call. His first words were “don’t freak out.” He was very knowledgeable and gave me good information of what to expect in the process. He told me that my application had a 50/50 chance, and to give him a call IF my application got denied. Unlike the other money-hungry attorneys that seemed to use scare tactics, Paul was very sincere and upfront, not even mentioning costs, and that meant a lot. I received a letter from the BRN a few days ago stating that they won’t pursue any disciplinary action against me, and that my file was going to be put back into the licensing unit to get processed for approval. I just wanted to say thank you to Paul for saving me a lot of money and headache. I really appreciate it.

I was originally working with an attorney that wanted me to give up and concede. I am so glad I decided to change attorneys and go with Paul. I had heard through several people that Paul was the best. He has the most experience with the BON and the skills to fight for your case the right way. He was professional, but personal. I WAS RECENTLY INVOLVED IN AN ACCUSATION AGAINST THE BRN. THEY THREATENED TO TAKE MY LICENSE OR GIVE ME PROBATION. SINCE DAY ONE OF TALKING TO PAUL HEY ASSURED ME THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WELL PEOPLE TELL ME STUFF LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME WITHOUT KNOWING. PAUL HAS THE EXPERIENCE TO GAGE WHAT YOUR OUTCOME WILL BE. HE WAS SPOT ON. I WORRIED MY A$$ OFF FOR NOTHING. MY PUNISHMENT WAS LESSENED TO JUST A FINE. I HOPE I NEVER WILL HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN. BUT IF I DO, IM CONTACTING THIS GUY!

Sanctioned for forgetfulness and continues to forget. Must have slept through legal ethics class. Not a safe option for licensing. Stay clear.

I can not say enough how much I appreciate Paul Chan. When I needed someone with the expertise and integrity to fight for me to maintain my license without restrictions he was the professional to do it. I was at my most vulnerable, unemployed and being investigated for Gross Negligence. I knew the charges were wrong but I first needed to find someone who could fight for me. It can be a simple audit from the Board of Pharmacy which led to an accusation. I had mixed emotion when I received a certified mail from the Office of the Attorney General. I was scared, frustrated and discouraged. As a pharmacist, one of my duty is to fill prescription. I would verify the prescription and document the diagnosis that I received from the doctor's office. If the doctors are unethical and over-prescribed, the BOP held the pharmacist responsible because he or she was the last person involved. I was very happy when I found Paul Chan online.
