We found ourselves in need of an attorney and by luck we happened to find the Tiemann Law Firm. From the very first call, we were treated with respect and they took the time to explain everything to us. From the start, they were extremely efficient and kept us up to date on the status of the case. On the day of the final court appearance, we met with our attorney Aaron who was amazing! He let us know he was there for us and he explained in detail what was going to happen which put our minds at ease knowing we had him on our side. You never want to have to have an attorney for any reason, but we definitely will recommend Tiemann Law Firm! We are truly thankful for all of their hard work that they did for us!!!

Carmen listened to all of our concerns and she explained the entire process and kept me informed of everything along the way. Olivia was always available to answer any questions and she is very knowledgeable. Everything went better than we expected and Carmen was able to settle the law suit for the full amount we requested. My family was involved in a major car crash back in 2021. We were all lucky to walk away from the accident, but still suffered major injuries that have had a lasting effect. I am so thankful that my family had Kia Jafari, Natalie Obeid, and the rest of the Tiemann Law Firm on our side over the last several years. My whole family was involved in a car accident that flipped our lives upside down. I appreciate that we didn’t have to worry about the legal side and we were able to focus on healing and recovering from our injuries. When it did come time for us to provide our depositions Kia was great at easing our anxieties and concerns. I used the Lawfirm to represent me after a semi hit me. After presenting my case they expressed they would take it and had a good case. At the moment I was pregnant. As the months went by every time i never heard from them every time I called it was a run around answer. Later on I ended up miss carrying I expressed that it wasn’t due to the accident and I didn’t wish to further discuss my loss. Not only did they not give me the updates that I asked for the subject of every conversation was my miscarriage. I have decided to drop them. As the final straw was they again brought up my miscarriage as a reason to them not being able to give me an update and why they hadn’t done anything with my case.

I have been represented by this company for the last nine months and they have done nothing but mess lead me the whole time now I’m stuck in dead and my insurance company has dropped me because of these people. The lawyers are subpar the case managers never get back to you. I do not recommend this law firm.
