My name is Jeffrey Burch and it is my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for Jeremy Winter. I have known Jeremy for a few years now and have grown to have great respect for him. I am confident to say he is not only a good hearted man with a loving family, but he also consistently displays unwavering integrity. First and foremost Jeremy is the most kind hearted, compassionate, diligent and he has impeccable Professionalism! Jeremy is a Stellar human being and an outstanding Attorney! The course of my life changed On April 22, 2020. I was walking on my road and I was hit by a Suburban. I sustained multiple breaks in my left leg, a fractured skull and a brain injury. I had no memory of the accident or how it happened. Jeremy sent a wonderful man to my home to meet me and conduct an investigation. He took pictures of the site, did interviews from witnesses that helped me and he did everything in his power to get answers for me. I cant even describe how thankful i am for Jeremy. He has fought for me every step of the way to be compensated for the injuries I sustained. Without him I wouldn’t have Recovered as successfully from my injuries. It’s a long process in healing, but because of him I’ve gained strength and he has given me peace of mind. Jeremy assured me everything will be okay with him by my side. He has always been there for me uplifting me and reminding me to take each day, one day at a time. Every time I had to be seen in the emergency room, every Doctor visit or obtaining the correct physical therapy, Jeremy has always been a text or phone call away. I couldn’t have asked for a better Attorney. There are not enough words to ever explain how amazing he is in every regard. I’m forever grateful for him and all he has done for me. I am so thankful to have had Jeremy recommended to me for my personal injury case.
