Throughout the course of our litigation, Mr. Ostwald was extremely considerate of our plight. We had never been involved in any legal matters previous to our lawsuit so it was an extremely trying and difficult time. We were always kept up to date and totally informed. He made the whole "nightmare" tolerable. Part of our case was an area of law that he was not familiar with, i.e., equine law. His knowledge of medical malpractice was exceptional and he was able to combine the two areas with ease. All I can say is that he did his "homework" and did an exceptional job in the courtroom representing us.
